Securing your account

Your account controls billing and every server you run, so protect it.

Enable two-factor authentication

1. Open your profile in the client area.
2. Go to the Security tab.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar).
4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

From then on, sign-in asks for your code as well as your password.

Good habits

• Use a unique, strong password.
• Never share credentials in tickets or Discord DMs — staff will never ask for your password.
• Keep the email on your account current; it is used for password resets and service alerts.
