Renewals

Services renew on your billing cycle. We email you before each renewal so nothing lapses by surprise. Pay the invoice to keep your service active.

Upgrades and downgrades

Change plan any time from the dashboard. We pro-rate the difference, so you only pay for what you use.

Cancellations

You can cancel from the service page. Choose end-of-term to keep the service until the paid period ends, or immediate if you no longer need it. Back up your data first — cancelled servers are removed.
